Unfortunately this Czech Slovakian pub restaurant (marked with a black X on the map) in Cyprus did not pay me for my webservices, so I am forced to suggest other places to go when in Larnaca. Places where I liked the food and people seemed nice to me, or it had some other advantages.
The i at the top left corner of the map is where the tourist info is and the gentleman there has always been very polite and helpful to me. It is at the end of the beach stretch as the sea is to your right, then hang a left. It is the blue i on the map. In that close proximity you will also find the police station and the main post office. From there going back towards the centre, you will see a pen mark drawn on the map showing the main shopping/tourist stretch.
A: Alexandria Bar - Pint of beer is 2.60 Euro, people are nice and friendly, and this is my primary place where I like to get internet. Several places along that stretch have free wifi if you have your own computer, but this place seems to have the strongest and most reliable signal. If it ever goes down, you can also catch the internet from the neighbouring places. Down the stretch towards the medieval fort there is also a place which sells beers for 1.80, and you can catch a connection from surrounding places if your receiver is strong enough.
B: Hazbala Lebanese Food - not sure if I have the name correctly but started with an H I think. In any case it had the word Lebanese Food in it. You can get Falafels for 2.25 and it is right near the medieval fort.
C: Larco Hotel - My friend found this hotel on the internet (http://larco-hotel.com), where you can order a room online for 20 Euro a night, otherwise its 25 Euro (but that is possibly off season prices). You can email them to info@larco-hotel.com. Tel. number is +357 2465 9168.
Grill Restaurant - near to the Larco Hotel above, on the way to the sea, you should pass a small grill joint at the first intersection. I find them very friendly and their food is good and cheap. I particularly like the grill mix for about 8.5 Euro. You can ask for extra Tahini paste dip for about a Euro.
Enjoy your stay in Larnaca! If you ever need a tour of
wherever I'll be, just write me a
note. You can

Cheap Travel Europe Tour Guide pages for more details.
Unfortunately, I'm no longer here, but at least you can check out all my favourite travel destinations on the island of Cyprus and my recommended tour of it, after living there for two years.
